The Crew takes place in the area of United States. The game area is divided into 5 main areas, each having a content designed to a particular level. However, any part of the map can be visited anytime, without any level limitations. Each of the main areas have one main city (with the exception of Midwest, having two of them), and is further divided toward smaller named regions.
